Privacy Policy

AccountGuard ("we", "us") is an independent account-security tool. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and the GDPR where applicable.

What we collect

• Security scan answers: processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Email address: only if you submit it for the checklist, alerts, or checkout. Used to contact you about the service.
• Recovery letter inputs: generated in your browser. We do not store the letters or the personal details you type into the generator.
• Basic analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless page metrics (no cross-site tracking).

What we never do

• We never ask for your Instagram/Facebook password and never log in on your behalf.
• We do not sell or rent your data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your email and any captured data by writing to privacy@guard.aiskillhub.info. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Emails are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Operational logs are rotated regularly.
