What AccountGuard is
AccountGuard provides educational security guidance, a self-assessment scan, and template recovery-appeal letters. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.
No guaranteed outcome
Recovery of a hacked, disabled, or impersonated account is decided solely by Meta. Our letters and walkthroughs improve your chances but we cannot and do not guarantee that any account will be recovered or secured.
Acceptable use
- Use AccountGuard only for accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- Do not use the tool to attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
Payments
Paid plans are billed via our payment processor. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes; a GST invoice is available on request. See our Refund Policy.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
